At Lime Skincare Co., we ship our orders primarily via the United States Postal Service for reliable and efficient delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to keep you updated on its progress. Our domestic orders are typically shipped out within 3-5 business days, though please be aware that seasonal items may require additional processing time.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to provide high-quality products, and your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us and we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge. Please note that products purchased at in-person selling events are not eligible for refunds. For products purchased from our retail affiliates, kindly refer to their respective return policies.
